Got this while it was free and would be very disappointed had it cost anything. Gives you a simple list of exercises to do without any instruction of any of the exercises. One exercise is doing "skull crushers", like I should intuitively know what that is. Deleting this app immediately, plenty of better ones out there.

Great Workout app

Great time effective daily exercises, with detailed instructions on a separate tab. Makes it easy for me to see what my daily workout is, and deftness how to do it separately.

Although I received this app free, I certainly feel it would have been worth a few dollars for ease of use, and it is a non time consuming g way for me to ease back into exercising after my accident.
